Stampin Up Home for Christmas Card:
Here is the recipe for the card:
Card base: Mossy Meadow 5-1/2 x 8-1/5 scored at 4-1/4
Mat: Whisper White 4 x 5-1/4
Mat: Mint Macaroon 3-7/8 x 5-1/8
Home for Christmas DSP: 3-5/8 x 4-7/8
Circle mat: Mossy Meadow cut with the circle framelits
Circle art piece: Whisper White punched with 2-1/2 inch circle punch
The art piece was colored using the ink to rubber technique. I used a stamp from Cozy Christmas set and the real red and old olive ink pens and colored directly onto the rubber stamp to get the image detail. I mounted the art piece to the mossy meadow circle and used dimentionals to attach it to my card. I finished it off with a mint macaroon lace trim bow and banner along with the gold sequin trim. To add a bit more bling, (I love my bling) a scattered a few single sequins around the card for just the right amount of sparkle.
To finish off the card I fussy cut one of the Santa’s from the Home for Christmas DSP and attached him to the right side of my sentiment with dimentionals. Isn’t he cute just waving his hand and says Merry Christmas.
