Hi Stampers, today we had a color challenge and I decided to use the “Balloon Adventures” stamp set again before it retires in my share today. The colors we used are Pear Pizzazz, Peekaboo Peach and Chocolate Chip. I really like this color combo and hope you do too.
Here is the color challenge:
Stampin! Up’ Balloon Adventures:
Here is the card recipe:

Mat: Chocolate Chip 4 x 5-1/4

Banner: 1-1/8 x 3-1/4
The Details:
- With the stamps in the Balloon Adventures stamp set, stamp the top balloon in Peekaboo Peach
- The middle balloon is Pear Pizazz stamped off before stamping on the art piece. The dots are full strength stamped over the balloon
- The bottom balloon in Chocolate Chip
- The strings are Chocolate Chip
- After the stamping, run your art piece through the Big Shot with the Softly Falling Embossing Folder
- Attach the art piece to the mat and then attach the mat to the card base
More Details:
- Punch your sentiment banner with the Triple Banner punch and ink the sentiment using the ink to rubber technique in Chocolate Chip and Peekaboo Peach ink
- Wrap linen thread around the left side and attach to the front of the card with dimensionals
- Add a linen thread bow
- For the finishing touch add some enamel shapes in Pear Pizazz and Peekaboo Peach along with some small rhinestones
